Terms of Service
Get Cutlist LLC · Last updated July 11, 2026
The service
Cutlist, operated by Get Cutlist LLC (“we,” “us”), provides appointment booking software for barbershops and barbers (“shops”) and their clients. By booking through a Cutlist page or using the Cutlist dashboard, you agree to these terms.
Bookings, deposits, and shop policies
Appointments are made with the shop, not with Cutlist. Shops set their own prices, deposit requirements, cancellation windows, and late-cancel or no-show fees; these are shown to you before you confirm a booking. Deposits and payments are processed by Stripe. If you cancel within a shop’s free-cancellation window, deposits are refunded automatically; outside that window, the shop’s policy applies. Card-on-file bookings are charged only under the shop’s stated late-cancel or no-show policy.
Text messages
Booking with your mobile number enrolls you in appointment-related text messages (confirmations, reminders, verification codes, and manage-booking links). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See the privacy policy for full SMS terms.
Shop accounts
Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices, schedules, and policies, for honoring confirmed bookings, and for keeping staff credentials secure. Payouts to shops are handled through Stripe Connect under Stripe’s terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — no unauthorized access, scraping, interference with other tenants’ data, fraudulent bookings, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other users.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Cutlist LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of shops. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Questions: hello@getcutlist.com.
