Who we are
Cutlist is appointment booking software operated by Get Cutlist LLC, 939 S Highway 89, Logan, UT 84321 (“Cutlist,” “we,” “us”). Barbershops and barbers (“shops”) use Cutlist to take bookings from their clients. Questions: hello@getcutlist.com.
What we collect
When you book an appointment we collect your name, mobile phone number, appointment details (service, barber, time), and — if the shop requires a deposit, card on file, or payment — payment information, which is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our servers. Shops using the dashboard provide staff names, contact details, and business information. We also collect basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your information to take, confirm, remind, reschedule, and cancel appointments; to process payments, deposits, and shop policies such as no-show fees; to let the shop you booked with manage its calendar and client relationships; and to secure and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
When you book an appointment through Cutlist and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from us on behalf of the shop you booked with — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, verification codes, and secure links to manage or cancel your booking. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help or contact hello@getcutlist.com. After you opt out you may receive a single message confirming the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages.
Sharing
Your booking details are shared with the shop you book with — that is the point of the service. Beyond that, we share data only with the service providers required to operate Cutlist (such as our hosting providers, Stripe for payments, and our SMS delivery provider), or when required by law. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service to you and the shop, and as required for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, email hello@getcutlist.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor applicable legal rights.

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
